Prezentowany cykl prac zatytułowany „Rozwarstwienie” to wynik połączenia wyniesionego z pracowni miedziorytu krakowskiej ASP tradycyjnego spojrzenia na sztukę z działaniami artystycznymi wykorzystującymi komputerowe techniki przetwarzania obrazu fotograficznego. Poprzez analizę i odwołania do wybranych artystycznych poszukiwań innych twórców w pokrewnej materii, ukazane jest autorskie poszukiwanie prawdy o naturze otaczającego świata. Zatracenie rozpoznawalności przedstawianych obiektów ma za zadanie przekierowanie uwagi widza z funkcjonalnego odbierania rzeczywistości na odnajdywanie jej walorów artystycznych. Zastosowana metoda twórcza bazująca na obserwacji tych samych elementów z różnych kierunków z przesunięciem czasowym dała możliwość rozwarstwienia czasoprzestrzeni na wiele składowych. Komputerowo rozbita na tysiące drobnych elementów struktura obrazu nawiązuje do klasycznych technik graficznych, integrując tym samym świat analogowy ze światem cyfrowym. Przełożenie uzyskanych informacji na nieruchomą, dwuwymiarową płaszczyznę spowodowało scalenie przeszłości i teraźniejszości.
The presented series of works, entitled „Delamination”, is the result of combining the traditional view of art taken from the copperplate workshop of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow with artistic activities using computer techniques of processing photographic image. Through analysis and references to selected artistic searches of other artists in related matter, is shown the author’s search for the truth about the nature of the surrounding world. Losing the recognition of the presented objects is to redirect the viewer’s attention from the functional perception of reality to finding its artistic values. The applied creative method based on the observation of the same elements from different directions with a time shift made it possible to divide the space-time into many components. The structure of the picture, broken into thousands of small elements, refers to classical graphic techniques, thus integrating the analog world with the digital one. Translating the obtained information into a stationary, two-dimensional plane resulted in the merging of the past and the present.
