Zniszczone fabryczne ściany z odpadającym tynkiem, czy grube warstwy kurzu na dawno nieużywanych, zdezelowanych przedmiotach, w magiczny sposób za sprawą użycia precyzyjnej techniki fotograficznej zyskały nowe, powtórne życie. Dzięki świadomie zastosowanej, selektywnej zmianie skali tonalnej i kolorystycznej uzyskałem odrealnienie zarejestrowanych obrazów i możliwość pokazania nieuchwytnych dla ludzkiego oka niuansów. Jednak to nie konkretne miejsca, sytuacje czy funkcje odzwierciedlanych w ten sposób elementów w cyklu „Bezruch” skupiały moją uwagę. Pomimo pełnej rozpoznawalności, przedstawiane obiekty, są zazwyczaj tylko pretekstem do skupienia uwagi na strukturach, dynamice kierunków czy rytmice powtórzeń. Zależało mi na wydobyciu informacji zawartej w otaczającej mnie rzeczywistości, która u większości osób nie jest dostrzegana lub schodzi na dalszy plan.
Destroyed factory walls with peeling plaster or thick layers of dust on long-disused, dilapidated objects have magically gained a new life thanks to the use of photographic techniques. Thanks to a deliberately applied, selective change of the tonal and color scale, I have obtained the unrealisation of the recorded images and the possibility of showing nuances that are elusive to the human eye. However, it was not the specific places, situations or functions of the elements thus reflected in the cycle „Immobility” that attracted my attention. Despite their full recognition, the presented objects are usually only an excuse to focus on the structures, dynamics of directions or the rhythm of repetitions. I wanted to extract information contained in the reality that surrounds me, which is not noticed by most people or goes into the background.
